Working with animals comes with its own aches and pains. Whether its all day shoveling stalls or  just every day use, your body can have its own variety of muscle soreness at the end of the day. This balm base has comfrey infused olive oil, ,which is used to stimulate tissue repair and is also known as a topical pain reliever for muscle aches. Historically known as "knitbone" it was applied to muscle injuries to shorten recovery time. This balm is best used as a muscle rub, massaging into the skin around sore and overused muscles. The comfrey infused oil used in this balm is a 1:4 ratio of dried herbs to oil and infused for 6 months. Refer to ingredients for full listing of product information.
