Lavender balm
Oh lavender! Let me count the ways you soothe me. Whether it is in a bath with epson salts, in a shampoo for my hair or in a balm to rub that calming goodness into my skin, this versatile herb can be found in many products. Here, we infuse sunflower oil with lavender buds for 6 months and then add lavender essential oils and lavender buds to the finished balm. Calendula oil adds skin soothing benefits to this balm. Grapefruit and frankincense give this balm a fresh scent.
